PROFIT SHARING/401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN

  • Z, INC. makes an annual profit sharing contribution for each participant employee. (Components of the profit sharing plan are subject to a vesting schedule.)
  • The plan includes a 401(k) component allowing participants to make pre-tax contributions. The plan includes an automatic enrollment provision.
  • Additionally, the company makes an annual discretionary match of each participant’s 401(k) contribution. (401(k) match is subject to a vesting schedule.)
