As Z, INC.’s President, Mr. Naney is responsible for managing all company operations. Mr. Naney, as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), is responsible for all administrative and financial operations of the Firm. This includes finance and accounting, contract administration, cost and pricing analysis and determination, human resources, purchasing, and office management. He has an Finance and Economics from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University.

Executive Vice President

Since 1983, Mr. Bross has directed all Federal government contractual activities performed by Z, INC. He is responsible for all Z, INC. operations and business development activities. Current major customers include the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Mr. Bross has earned J.D., M.B.A., B.S. degrees and is a member of the Maryland and American Bar Associations.

Vice President

Ms. Geisert serves as the Program Manager and Task Order Manager for the EOP III contract supporting the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). She oversees multiple Z, INC. projects for EIA’s Office of Energy Analysis, Office of Energy Statistics, and Office of Communications. Ms. Geisert holds a B.A., Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan and has undertaken advanced studies in Management, Business, Mathematics, Law, and Accounting at the University of Maryland.

Director of Contracts and Finance

As Z, INC.’s Director of Contracts and Finance, Ms. Hall is responsible for the management of all financial systems, contracts, and subcontracts. She manages the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, contract billings, and finance reporting functions. Ms. Hall has over 25 years of experience in contract management, subcontract management, program management, and proposal preparation.

Director of Human Resources and Administration

As Z, INC.’s Director of Human Resources and Administration, Ms. Brannan is responsible for the overall administrative operation of the company’s headquarters, providing administrative and technical support to top managers; developing and implementing office procedures; serving as human resource and benefits director; and coordinating space, supplies, and services. She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Towson State University.
