Presidential Eagle Award
Z, INC. helped the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships win FDIC’s first Presidential Eagle Award through our development and successful implementation of DRRTRAK. This system automated several processes related to customer service functions performed by DRR’s Customer Service Center resulting in significant performance improvements and cost reductions. DRRTRAK served as the basis for the FDIC-wide FACTS system.
